Convenient, with room service that's punctual everything.. hotel copes very well with a high mix of business and holiday makers with different needs. Lovely stay but inappropriate staff

Had a great stay at holiday inn lakeview. The food was really nice and the rooms were great for the short stay I had. The only issue I did have was that I felt quite uncomfortable due to a member of staff’s behaviour, she was making inappropriate comments to me and I thought it was very unprofessional. I was told that her name was leonie? But other than that it was a lovely stay and a lovely hotel. Thank you. Good parking, it can get busy with people using the gym facilities in the hotel, really friendly check in very helpful and efficient. Good large room very comfortable bed and pillows, county-side view, modern and clean. The bathroom just ok , again as with a few holiday inns the bathrooms seem to be the last area to get refurbished? High sided bath to climb over for the shower which is not a problem for us but could be if any mobility issues. Toilet not a good pressure to flush, all fittings worn and shabby. The bar area is very nice, had a pizza bar meal and that was good. The wine was a tad too warm, the beers hit and miss. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, good quality hot food and fast toaster! This was our second 1 night stay at this hotel and probably not our last.
