  Excellent place , hosted a social gathering and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating to us all . Food and drinks are lovely and so is the hotel area , the courtyard is beautiful to relax in just absolutely perfect place to relax and unwind and spend time

  Standout - the best hotel in Cambridge and I’ve stayed in many.Nayana and Vanessa were so great to deal with as I continued extending my time here (since I loved it so much) and the Hilton Honuors night is a great addition to the experience.All the facilities are working from the Sauna to h the r Steam Room and Pool and there is a noticeable improvement in generals maintenance and customer service from previous years.Lots of rooms to choose from, most with kitchenette.   From the moment I arrived, 18 April to May 20th again June 2 to 18 June the staff made me feel truly welcome Sai, Nish, Abin, Yvette, Mark and Dan — the concierge was exceptionally attentive and always ready with helpful recommendations, the dining room team was equally warm and professional throughout my stay. Breakfast offered an impressive variety of high-quality dishes, from fresh pastries to hot selections, and dinner at the hotel restaurant was equally outstanding, with well-prepared courses and diverse options that exceeded expectations with the help of Dex and Pam. The bar was well stocked and entertaining with Jason, Frank and Grace. My room (Attenborough suite) was impeccably clean and remarkably quiet, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious, The pool and sauna area provided a truly relaxing retreat — beautifully maintained and never overcrowded. While the hotel's location is within walking distance to city center. All in all, an excellent stay that I would wholeheartedly recommend.   My partner and I stayed at The Fellows 22-24 May 2026. We were there for my eldest daughter's wedding, which was hosted around the corner.Our whole experience of this well appointed hotel was amazing, from the food to the accommodation. The bar was friendly and entertaining (kids playing pool and shooting the balls off the table caused me many smiles), and both dinner and breakfast were of a high standard.But the highest accolades go to the service. The staff were helpful, polite, and always there when we needed them. The lady at breakfast (Sarah, I believe) helped us with my partner's food intolerance, and George (I believe) at the reception was lovely in the way he advised us when checking out. Even as we were checking out, one of the cleaners offered to help us with our bags as we walked past him.I would highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay there again.
