    Omar in the breakfast team is lovely. Always gives you a warm welcome and remembers your name. He makes sure you’re okay and you have everything you need. He’s the perfect person to see first thing in the morning, putting you in a good mood for the rest of the day! He’s wonderful and deserves a promotion :)

    Stayed here In February for the luxury getaway which included a bottle of prosecco in the room, breakfast and 3 course meal, we arrived to check in to be told our room wasn't ready it was 3.15pm check in was supposed to be 3pm we finally got to the room which was clean but dated I feel the hotel is in need of a refurb now as it is exactly the same as it had been when we visited 10 years ago! I feel the 3 course meal choices were limited and weren't impressed with the food! Quite blandBreakfast was OK but the warm section wasn't very warm, the hotel having no parking is also a big downside so the extra £30 for car parking on top is quite steep! For this reason I probably won't be staying at park plaza again! We did however use the gym and pool which were nice! Feel quite disappointed with our stay for the price we paid!

    Needs a revamp of rooms

    Room 411 had been cleaned- ie vacuumed but not enough. Veneer on table taped together and innumerable dubious stains on the carpet by the bathroom, by the bed and red splotches on carpet by the table. Photos attached as proof. Clearly room needed a very deep steam clean or new carpet altogether. Over £200 a night for this grubbiness ???
