    My sister and I had a lovely 4 night stay. The hotel is only a 5 or 10 min walk to the centre. Breakfast was lovely and our room had everything that you need and was quiet. Everywhere is very clean and we had a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant on one evening.

    Absolutely fantastic hotel .. we went as a friends group for our 60th .. had 2 family rooms which were amazing .. the hotel is excellent .. breakfast was lovely .. the staff are so nice and friendly .. we ate in the hotel restaurant one night and the food was amazing .. would highly recommend

    The rooms, albeit perfectly acceptable,are a little tired and in need of some modernization and redecoration.In today's modern world you might at least expect some sockets with USB ports.Over bath showers are not very user friendly and especially for older generations. Carpets were a bit worn and stained. I would say overall that the room was ok but not great and this is not a cheap hotel so expectations were at a reasonable level.The staff were friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was very good with a fairly good selection of hot and cold choices The main issue I had here was when on one beautiful sunny evening we wanted to have some food but we're told that we could only eat in the restaurant. We explained that we did not want a full meal in the restaurant but wanted to sit outside where the is a lovely covered veranda by the pool and just have some chips or a burger to which we were told we could only eat from the a la carter menu in the restaurant. We were later heard commenting to another guest about this and were eventually approached by a member of staff who was very apologetic and offered us the option to order food from the veranda from the a la carter menu. The fact that staff redressed the problem was good but we should not have been put in that situation in the first place just because we did not want to eat in the restaurant

    Great hotel, not too big ir busy. Nice little sun trap pool. Great breakfast and lovely clean rooms. Value for money in a very expensive St Helier.

    The staff were amazing they was super friendly and welcoming and very attentive and helpful. The lady on reception who booked us in was amazing. All the staff in the hotel always greeted you and said hello, great customer service Breakfast was good lots to choose from. Rooms was clean and tidy and spacious. Dinner at restaurant in the evening was really good with great service. Lovely little swimming pool with seating area. Would visit again and would recommend. Short walk to town. Walls was thin could hear a lot of talking banging and door slamming
