Staying for my birthday with my Mum . So good decided to stay another night ! . Excellent facilities including swimming pool .Spa was incredible we had facials and hot oil massage . Shubhuam is amazing at treatments highly recommend her.All staff so helpful and accommodating especially Erin and Terrain in the restaurant and Emma on reception. Will definitely return . Thank you

The location was a little bit further out than I imagined but the hotel was warm, clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms were very spacious and the accessibility aspect was very impressive.Food was very good and staff were the highlight of our break.A special thanks to Alistair, Jason, Ellen and Selena for making my daughters birthday extra special.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the hotel had the coldest pool I have ever been in. This took the shine off our stay.An exceptional experience, we will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel rooms were so clean and a good size for a family shower was amazing ..food was excellent ..staff were all very attentive..big shout out to Alastair the bar manager..wonderful at his job and he made our stay all the better !! Will definitely be back !!

The best Santa experience in Derry!

We had an amazing Santa experience at the White Horse the Sunday carvery was absolutely gorgeous, and the kids loved the entertainment by Parkey. It was so thoughtful to have a colouring station and a hot chocolate bar—my two were thrilled! The whole experience was topped off perfectly by meeting the main man himself and receiving presents. Truly magical! Thank you to all the staff and happy Christmas x

My family and I attended the white horse restaurant on sat 15th november for a christening- there was 24 of us including a few children. The booking was no problem to accommodate. The food was excellent I will definitely be back for the steak alone. A lovely atmosphere and service was impeccable- really professional and attentive (waiting staff and bar staff). In particular Joy the restaurant manager was fantastic, he went above and beyond for our party. He is a lovely man, such a warm personality and the crack is great with him! He would make me come back too!!
