2nd time visit
23 Sept 2026
Second time staying at Bishop's gate. Wonderful property with a great staff. Last year I stayed in the hotel, this year is stayed across the street in the apartments. Apartment was spacious. My issue was with the bathroom and the washing machine. Bathroom was spacious, working the shower and the heat in the bathroom took some time to figure out. When we checked into the room the person helping us said we shouldn't use the washer / dryer (all in one) and just use hotel same day laundry (one small bag, 17 pounds). I did this, but get a better washer / dryer unit. Also my nespresso coffee wasn't replaced each day. We ate breakfast each morning and had two dinner meals on property ...all outstanding. A great property and great over all service.

Absolutely super on every level. The location inside the city walls means you can walk everywhere (and parking is provided). The gorgeous building is well cared for, and the food is excellent. The rooms are really comfortable and well equipped. Staff in NI are almost always excellent, but this team stands out even so.
