We had an amazing time here. Alannah made everything so easy for me to book 13 rooms, the ballroom, and 2 meeting rooms for a conference we had in Everglades. She was very easy to work with and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. Anthony and Jimmy (duty managers)both went above and beyond throughout the few days to make sure we all were well looked after. Shauna who is a breath of fresh air had our whole team laughing and joking with her at dinner on the second night. Stay at Everglades hotel slightly disappointing

We stayed in the accesible suite fir one night to be close to Altnagelvin hospital for an appointment. The room was nice but too much unnecessary furniture still made it difficult to move around in the lounge area. The room was not really cleaned well dirty carpet around the rubbish bin and dirty toothpicks on floor behind the toilet. The toilet seat was broken and the shower flooded when my husband showered, they had to cone and unblock the drain, however we were given complementary room service for that. The disabled ramp down to the lift is terrible it is far too steep it's very difficult to try and walk up and down with a rollator, I have never seen such a steep sloped ramp!! The staff in the hotel are amazing so helpful and friendly, cannot fault them they went out of their way to help us. I think we were just unfortunate to maybe get the room when it hadn't been checked over properly after cleaners and for any faults. Overall a lovely hotel in a great position. Booked to be near Derry hospital, travelled with small baby and everyone was so incredibly helpful! I was helped with luggage, cot and fast service with room service. Fionn is an absolute gent and everyone I encountered at the hotel made my really bad day a lot easier. Staff are top tier and room was very clean, spacious and super comfortable. We have just returned home after a wonderful 3/4 day break at the Everglades Hotel. From the moment we arrived and were welcomed by the General Manager Sam Denning, till we left, we were greatly impressed by all the wonderful staff that we came into contact with. From Housekeeping to “Front of House” , their politeness and attentiveness was exemplary. Inspite of the hotel being extremely busy during our stay , staff took the time to make sure we had everything we needed so we could enjoy a relaxing break.
