    This is our third stay at ShipQuay and we will continue to return From the moment we arrived and checked in the experience was fantastic The reception staff are outstanding and so welcoming Great representatives for the hotel Our room hygiene was to a very high standard The food at the hotel was delicious Breakfast was amazing The quality of the food was exceptional Would encourage stay at ShipQuay Looking forward to our return at Halloween

    Beautiful old bank building built in 1895 . Genuinely lovely welcome from Shannon and the team . Upgraded , without having asked . Couldn’t get a better spot so close to the City but noise free . Climbed down the stairs to the Ship and Quay to have the best dark and stormy cocktail I’ve ever had . Free late check out, tasty breakfast included , couldn’t recommend it highly enough

    Just had an amazing time at the Shipquay Hotel. From the warm and friendly welcome at reception, and the complimentary glass of prosecco, to the fabulous breakfast, which was served to the table., everything about this hotel was welcoming. Every staff member we interacted with were charming and attentive.If you are looking for a local welcome with excellent accommodation and food, right in the heart of Derry City this is the place to book!

    We've stayed in Shipquay hotel a few times over the years and every time it is such a lovely experience. You are greeted with a glass of bubbly and the staff always have a bit of craic and chat with you. The rooms are also gorgeous and we treat ourselves to food & cocktails every time we come and it's always amazing! This particular occasion that we visited on was for a birthday and the staff put such effort into making it special for us. We'll find another excuse to be back soon!

    Warm and friendly welcome with a glass of bubbles. The staff are really lovely, our room was spotless and well equipped ..bottled water, toiletries, tea, coffee etc. Bed was really comfortable. Cosy bar with great cocktails. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service were exceptional. The breakfast was cooked to order with a great selection and was delicious
