Amazing experience. Highly recommend

We lived our stay. Read some of the negative reviews from before and this wasn’t our experience. Very clean, great staff….. for the price an amazing breakfast but not high quality produce. Just how you would expect xx highly recommend. The room was large and the shower worked perfectly. Was so worth the money

Great stay - Ideal Location

Get stay at this hotel, location is ideal in the centre and has a car park, breakfast was great and the evening meals (although I didn't go) had a varied menu and looked very nice. Great value and clean tidy room - will definitely stay again.

Great little hotel, clean and comfortable
18 Oct 2025
Went to a concert at White Rock Theatre and this was 20min walk. Lets be realistic about this, if you book through booking.com it clearly states that there is no date change and no refund so giving the hotel a bad rating because of your incompetence isn't really on.Th truth of it is yes it's a little dates, but it's clean, it's comfortable, and all the staff that I encountered were so friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't eat at the hotel as we left early. Parking was ok, we found a space, but when we left at 6pm it was full.

Rip of Merchants

Avoid this rip off hotel at ALL costs. Booked via Booking.com and didn't realise if you cancel they don't provide a refund. Hotel totally unsuitable for my partner who has difficulty negotiating stairs and no facilities provided for those with disabilities. Says it all when a hotel doesn't have its own website and obtains bookings through unverified booking sites and can't even respond to negative reviews and undertake the improvements recommended by previous guests. Also breached their contract by taking payment over 10 days before they stated they would take the payment. I am by no means a snob but we wont be stopping in this dump of a hotel. The saying is true "you get what you pay for"!!!!!!!
