    Apartment was as described. Service and communication was excellent. Very clean. Great location. Furnishings were new and well kept. I will stay here again next time I’m in town.     Good location, safe and clean and loved Thistle street. We were family of 4 and it was enough room. The smaller bedroom did not have closet that opened to fit out bags but we found area in living room was sufficient.     We loved the apartment that we switched to after one nights stay. It was too noisy in Apt 7 (right on Thistle St.). We asked for a change of room after the first night and it done the next day. Apt 10 was very nice and offered all the amenities we needed. It was quiet too. We also loved the location. Would highly recommend to others to stay here.     We stayed in Braid apartments 13 (2 bedrooms) and 14 (single bedroom). The location is amazing - very central in New Town and so convenient for all the sites. There are many super restaurants and cafes within 5-10 minutes. Having Olivia on reception each day was very helpful and accessing the building and apartments easy. We found both apartments very comfortable, perfectly clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast basket and milk were very welcome. Room 14 is very quiet. Room 13 also has a very has a quiet bedroom on the back of the building and the larger one (ensuite) on Thistle Street - here was there some intermittent street noise at night, which the website mentions. We would definitely stay here again.
