    We stayed 5 nights and had no major issues. Their hvac system malfunctioned one day, but they fixed it within a day and we were fine at night. Breakfast was good.

    The rooms were clean and comfy. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a quieter area, but an easy walk to the city center. Did miss the opportunity of a minibar/fridge to store cold drinks in the room. The door to the bathroom is a sliding door. When closed, there's a 20-30cm gap between the wall and door, which could be really awkward if traveling on business.

    The staff from the front desk to the restaurant staff and maid service did not know the word no. They helped us in anyway that we asked. We are 75 years old, the staff helped us with any and all Tech stuff. They came to the room and set our thermostat. They helped with our luggage. They made sure we had the right transportation to where we needed to go.

    Twin room was clean and bright with air conditioning. Welcoming front of house and very attentive. Only downside was the breakfast, no veggie fry up option and if going down to breakfast after 930, hardly anything is left
