    There were not manyNegatives on our stay here! Staff were so accommodating and friendly, our room was very generous in size. The breakfast was terrific! The hotel is about an hour’s walk to the CBD, but a 10-15 minute ride on the bus so not so inconvenient. I agree with another reviewer about the lack of sturdy grab handles over the bath. It’s obvious people have used the towel shelf as a grab handle as it is insecure to the wall. Fortunately I didn’t have a problem but understand the issue given the small sizeOf the bathroom.     One does not have the highest expectations when booking a Holiday Inn Express but the positive attitude of all the staff were a notable expectation, every member was friendly, pleasant and obliging. The breakfast buffet was good, though the overcooked and hard bacon was a disappointment. The box like room had a comfortable bed but no comfortable chair and no realistic work surface. My biggest disappointment was the bathroom with its deep tub and shower. But at 83 I cannot use the shower as there were no grab handles to assist me in getting in and out, and beware, in the bar cash is not accepted.     The hotel was great. The room was smaller but clean. Breakfast was English style, but good. There was a bar next to the reception. We really appreciate the receptionist Gabi, who checked us in at 11am, even though check in is at 3pm.     Honestly the most awful part are the beds (which are supposed to be the most important btw). I have never had such backpain from a bed. The mattress and the pillow are both just as poor. I actually slept and the floor for the last two days of my stay because I couldn't take it anymore and believe it, it was more comfortable.The cleaning staff did not pass once on the room despite the sign or the door. I saw her once on the corridor and thought she would come but no, not once in a week!With that, the breakfast is quite poor, very fat and not much option.Also, that is not as big of a deal but just know that it is actually not in the center of the city and you will have to take a bus to join the center or walk for a bit more than a hour.
