    We had a great short stay here. The location is incredibly central and perfect for exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We absolutely loved the lobby area, restaurant, and breakfast. The rooms were a bit small and didn't have a fridge, which wasn't a big issue for a short stay. Cleanliness could be slightly better, but overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its amazing hospitality and vibe!     Fantastic Location, lovely staff. We booked a a room with a balcony and the view was amazing! Located just across from Saint Andrews Square. Location is very central but at the same time quiet. Versus a hotel, for example, near the station like the Balmoral. 😉. The staff is very friendly and very helpful and professional and kind. We don’t know the names of all of them, but Nicoletta and Ilaria we’re great. Both bartenders were great and the young woman who checked us in was also very nice, but we didn’t catch her name. Overall, very pleased with this hotel great value. More like a four star than a three star. Also very nice that they support local charities.     Felt clean and safe, which is the most important for me when traveling. Just some odd things like no safe in the room or hair conditioner, the listing had both. No biggie though! The bed wasn’t a thick mattress but a little more like a thick mat, not very comfy. The fire alarm did go off one late evening. Luckily we only waited a few minutes in the lobby, as they said someone mistakenly bumped the fire alarm. Overall was a fine stay.
