    The rooms are good The food was very strange and I left mine as it was poor.. do not park in their car park without reading there many notices because you will get a large fine if you do not follow instructions. This is a very modern hotel and is really only suitable for the under 40,s

    Stayed one night prior to an early morning flight, very clean and comfortable as ever, friendly helpful staff. Great location being about 5 mins walk to the terminal.

    Stayed for a night as we had an early flight, room was nice clean and comfy, £15 to park overnight make sure you put your reg number in the tablet at reception you also pay at reception

    Arrived at 3.30am had precooked room and advised them of late check in. Was told no room available as 7 rooms had flood damage. Advised they'd get us by taxi to another hotel. This was 25mins away and took 20 mins to arrange. Other hotel took further 15mins to arrange a room. Mix up with taxi they booked following morning to return to collect car from hotel. Taken back to hotel tried to speak to senior staff member was told there had been problem with 4 rooms .expressed concern to being lied to and was told would not be charged. This was not true as again had to complain via martiot web site to be promised refund. Horrendous experience dreadful customer service. Get the feeling that this often happen. Book at your peril.

    £100.00 fine for using their toilet with permission

    After travelling 2 hours, i popped into the Moxy for a desperate call of nature. I spoke to the staff member at reception to request permission, and was very grateful.On leaving i passed my gratidude to the staff member and continued to the edinburgh arrivals collection area.I then recieved a £100 fine for my time of entering the car park to leaving.I have tried to make contact with a manager to no avail.£100.00 for using the toilet facilities is incredible.I have 3 businesses, and would never turn away any member of the public or fine them for assisting them.Disgraceful.I hoped a duty manager from Moxy would assist with this fine, but absolutely no response whatsoever.
