  After being scammed by another “hotel,” we were incredibly grateful for the staff at Point A Hotel Haymarket.Not only did they help us book a room at short notice, but they were also exceptionally friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout our stay.The rooms were clean, fresh, and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good as well.We can definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!   I had a fantastic experience at Point A Hotel Edinburgh. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city.I would like to give special recognition to Alexe, who was incredibly helpful during my stay. I urgently needed several travel documents printed, and she kindly helped me without hesitation. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Small acts of kindness like this can make a huge difference when travelling, and I really appreciated her support.Alexe’s excellent service reflects the high standards of the hotel.   A place with Good value and good position in the heart of Edinburgh was home gor 3 days good staff also fresh experience

  Hotel is in a good location and the breakfast was actually also a lot better than I expected. More importantly the staff were friendly, there weresome issues with the heating in my room and they upgraded me to another room immediately when they could not fix it and checked in to sure everything was fine. Consistent professional service.   Affordable, lovely stay with easy access to everything

  We had such a lovely stay at the Point A hotel in Haymarket. It's close to everything while feeling tucked away from the hustle of the touristy areas. The room was super clean and efficient. We were incredibly comfortable. And the staff was super attentive and helpful. We especially loved getting to know Roberta at the front desk. She is all-around such a lovely person, easy to chat with and answered all of our questions. Seeing her smiling face when we returned after a long day of exploring made it feel like home. We would definitely stay here again.
