    People at office very friendly and helpful.The rooms on the other hand needed work.Little run down. dishwasher didn’t work.Promised laundry for my room and didn’t get that. Old run down bathroom. no light above mirror in bath.     Possibly the most helpful staff in Edinburgh!? From first contact with Lauren, to check-in, parking, taxis, returns ...     The location was excellent, just a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, which made it really convenient for exploring the area without needing transport. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.The apartment itself was a great size, had plenty of space, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. However, it’s definitely starting to look a little tired and could really do with a refurb, as some areas felt quite run down.Cleanliness was mostly okay but not quite 100%, as we noticed some debris in places that had clearly been missed. Another downside was the lack of mirrors, there was only one in the bathroom, which made getting ready a bit of a challenge for three women sharing the apartment.Overall it was a pleasant stay, just needs a few tweaks.     We really enjoyed this stay! From start to finish it was amazing. The reception people are very helpful and kind. We booked a small apartment and i’m pretty sure we got upgraded to a bigger one for free so that was a plus! The apartments are just a 20 minute walk from the main city and ubers are super cheap so make sure you download the uber app instead of hailing taxis on the street. It only cost £5 for us everyday to get home from victoria street! The apartments were very clean and stocked with tea and coffee.
