    This hotel is well located and the staff is pleasant, but that is all it has going for it.My room was tiny with the bed filling most of the room.There was very little hanging space. There was a minute desk which could not be used as a desk because there was a fridge and large garbage can under it. There was a diagram on the floor indicating one should shove one's suitcase under the bed as there was nowhere else to put it.There was constant noise from the bar downstairs lasting until after midnight.The bathroom was well appointed.I paid about 1500 US Dollars for 3 nights here. It would have been overexpensive at less than half of this price.Beware.

    The location of this hotel is perfect! So close and walkable to everything. Rooms were perfect. The staff was lovely! Hoi went above and beyond to help us. She was fabulous. Everyone is so friendly. 10/10.

    This is a great location to stay while in Edinburgh as it's close to so much. My room was very clean and well decorated and the staff was so very friendly. I can't say nice enough things about them. The only thing I'd caution a person on is that since it's near the hustle and bustle, the music and laughter from down below on the street might be too much for you. I was one floor up from the main level and although I could hear everything, the music didn't bother me at all and I had no problem falling asleep after a busy day walking around. And if you do have trouble, they offer earplugs at no cost! I'd definitely stay here again.
