    The hotel is a few miles outside of the city centre but don’t let that put you off. The hotel was fantastic and the two connecting rooms worked perfect as a family. The rooms were big with spacious bathrooms. The rooms were modern and extremely well cleaned. The breakfast at the hotel was good and they are working well with the Covid implications, you just have to be patient whilst waiting to access the buffet. The best bit about the hotel was the staff. I didn’t get her name but there was a lovely young lady on reception who organised our taxis for us and she really made a difference. Every member of staff said good morning or good evening and they were all attentive, friendly and professional throughout our stay. I will definitely use this hotel again. Thank you.

    Terrible hotel when I stayed with Flybe

    Stayed here when it was Flybe. Crap hotel. Crap food, crap location. Management staff were completely ignorant to say the least.We were forced to stay here and the reality is that the hotel didn’t give a damn. Take the money and treat the guests like crap.

    This hotel cancelled our booking as it was closing its doors to the public in order to "resettle families from abroad". This has caused a lot of problems for the travelling British public and we were forced to find alternative accommodation at short notice.

    Good location by the airport, plenty of parking and relatively easy to find. The room was clean and modern and perfect for an overnight stay prior to a flight out of Exeter. The bar and food options are limited but we had a very nice pizza and drinks at the bar despite a late checkin. Ideal place to stay prior to a flight out.

    Nice hotel stopped here for a few days December 2022. Very good 4 star facilities and friendly staff. Free parking and close to the airport and the city. Shame the hotel is sold out most of next year, would like to stay there again. It seems it’s now going to be used to house people from overseas. Great service & welcome for them, I highly recommend the hotels 4 star facilities.
