The hotel is located in Exeter’s city centre, on Western Way. The hotel is situated beside Exeter's bus depot and approximately 2 minutes’ walk from the Princesshay shopping development. Exeter Airport is approximately 10 km from the hotel. Plymouth Airport is about 25 km away, Bristol Airport is around 50 km away, and Bournemouth International Airport is approximately 115 km away from the hotel.

Facility

73 single rooms and 97 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well.     We were in Exeter for a reunion. The hotel was absolutely perfect for us . The staff were all very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble . The food was very good and catered well for my needs (gluten free). The rooms were clean and comfortable The hotel was definitely good value. We would not hesitate to book again if we came to the city and would recommend to friends . It is in such a convenient location .     Disappointed to have a room divided by a door . The guests next door had the tv loud tried to open the door ( it was locked ) . I was told there was no other room for us . This is the 4 th time we have stayed in this hotel the second time it has happened with the same problem .     This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel but a first for my partner. The minute you arrive everything is so easy!     We recently stayed at this lovely hotel, every member of staff we met,reception and bar staff and housekeeping were very friendly and professional. We had an executive room which was very spacious clean and comfortable. The lovely extras( vouchers for drinks and coffee and 20% off food,treats in the fridge were very much appreciated. Thank you. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant from the Chinese menu. Would definitely stay again.
