  Good central hotel

  We stayed overnight after my son competed in the west highland way runHotel room had everything we needed and was very central in locationWe had dinner and the food was good with a lovely view of the loch across the road.   The nicest staff we have encountered.

  A bit of a walk from the train station. The rooms are decorated in a Vegas-like style, a bit gaudy and over-the-top but fun. Unfortunately, we were given a room on the outside of the hotel, it was considered the new part and the walls were paper thin, we could hear every cough and sneeze from next door. The staff was the best part of this experience. The woman who checked us in was so friendly and pleasant. She made us feel very special.   We had a wonderful stay at the Muthu Fort William Hotel and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after.A special thanks to Rose Ann and Jhan, who both went above and throughout our stay. Their kindness, professionalism and warm hospitality really made a difference and added a personal touch that we truly appreciated.The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located, with beautiful surroundings that made our trip even more enjoyable.   Wonderful Stay in Fort William

  This has to be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in - and we travel a lot! Looked opulent in the photos and it was! Room was beautiful and spotless! Great shower to revitalise us in the morning! But the thing that clinched it was the service! In particular Rose Ann. I have never met anyone as genuinely friendly and helpful as this beautiful girl! Her husband also worked in the Hotel and they clearly have customer service at their core. Rose Ann is a gem in MGM’s crown for sure! We were meeting my niece who had completed the West Highland Way and we asked if she could join us for breakfast? For a very reasonable price she was booked in! When we mere leaving Rose Ann presented my niece and I with chocolates! Cannot wait to go back!   A mishmash of old Scottish and new Indian bling.

  On a busy roundabout with views over the Loch. It's an old hotel that has been taken over by an Indian business and the decor is a mix of old tired Scottish which presumably is being renovated and new Indian bling.
