    Very bad rude staff the managment not coporative at all rude behaviour of staff Manager not listening at all.Very bad experience.I just asked about the rule that i was not in my room and house keeping cleaned the room when i was not there.Very rude behaviour of receptionist and Manager not listening at all.Very very bad management i asked to check the camera Manager ignored

    Ok so I was very dubious about staying here and only chose it because there weren't many choices for just a Friday night in Glasgow that weren't ridiculously expensive. The reviews made it sound like a homeless hostel and to be frank, I was rather dreading it. However, the wing and room I was in was hard to fault - it had obviously been refurbished and the room was very comfortable indeed, well appointed and had an excellent shower and a very comfortable bed. The hotel is on the rougher end of Argyle Street and the reception is a little "institutional" but apart from that I couldn't fault the room. I was surprised to get breakfast included and while the food was fine (although the smallest fried eggs I have ever seen!) I did rather get the impression I was the only person in the room paying my own bill! However, it was ok and certainly a lot better than I had feared from the reviews.

    Nice hotel price was ok as i booked direct with hotel. Hotel room could do with a colour change. Bathroom floor tyles all cracked had to climb into bath to have shower. Beds very comfortable. No view from window

    Please do not stay at this Hostel for the homeless ! It’s full of drug addicts that need help. Place smells of weed as soon as you enter it. They also have security on 24 hours a day to keep an eye on the undesirable characters that are living there. I have nothing against these people and they do need the right kind of help and guidance - but please don’t advertise the Hotel as a Hotel. It’s NOT. It’s a hostel for vulnerable people. Myself and my friends didn’t feel safe. They hang around outside too. It’s awful.

    Avoid ! Hotel is being used as a Hostel for the homeless. Place smells of weed as soon as you enter the corridors. Breakfast is tasteless and cold coffee from a machine. Will not be back. Homeless people also congregate outside the place. It should be a Hotel or a Hostel. Just one as it is not appropriate for a family to stay there. Some dodgy characters lurking around too. Avoid !
