Booked twin room Number 36 Awful both disabled soon as i got on the bed it moved .Apparently all beds are on wheelsIf you get under the duvet guranteed it will be on the floor within minutes and you will be by tv .Miserable check inn staff

Black mould, broken furniture and stained bedding!!

My room was very tired looking and in desperate need of renovation. The extractor fan wasn't workig in the bathroom which had led to extensive black mould on the walls and ceiling. Some attempt had been made to clean it but it was never going to get rid of it. There were stains on the bedding and desk, the chair was broken and the walls were severely marked and dirty.

Do not stay. The rooms are absolutely filthy, we was shown 3. They have had Amazon drivers LIVING in them for 3 months with no cleaning when they left! Jamie Daly said he would refund us as we purchased a new room and stayed somewhere else due to the mould, but they have not issued the refund.

We were very impressed by the excellent standard of service and the lovely welcome we received from Douglas on reception. Nothing was too much trouble and he could not have been more helpful to us and all other guests. He really made our stay so enjoyable.

Do not stay here if you want to sleep at night

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP AT NIGHT. Heavy goods vehicles coming and going on the service road parked illegally behind hotel all night with engines running no chance of getting any sleep. Place must have a problem with damage and smoking as staff are extreemly well drilled on this and make it their priority to make an additional pre payment to your card after you pay your bill on arrival fortunately Insisted the room was inspected by staff prior to departure. Rooms very run down door looked like it has bee smashed in at some point and poorly repaired. Room was so next to cleaners store room who where in and out from early morning onwards.
