    EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

    rating17 May 2026

I have been coming to Frasier Suites for many many years and have stayed over 40 times!!! But this Stay let us down COMPLETELY. We Stayed in room 228 what a disaster, on arrival the room was very dark, sofa falling to bits very uncomfortable looked past it's sell by date, draft in the room when we entered!! Draft coming from all the Windows, we could not relax, very noisy pub below was extremely annoying, workmen with drills fixing a vent at the back of the hotel, curtains falling apart pretty disgusting really, traffic noise, the fire alarm went off no one from RECEPTION called to say it was safe to get back into your room, shambles and NO FIRE WARDENS TO BE SEEN!!! Very WORRYING Windows looked liked they had seen better days, draft coming through the window panes, was cold when we entered the room. No towelling robes to be seen? Side tables in the bedroom were scratched and needed replaced LIGHTING was a HUGE issue, bedroom lights above the bed were awful cheap and fiddly to work, didn't light much of the room, LACK of MIRRORS to dry your hair etc, very expensive this time for a terrible apartment!! NOT WORTH OVER 300.00 to stay here for sure! The bed was far too close to the wardrobes kept banging against the bed to get into the wardrobe, no space to move!!! No face cloth in bathroom, toilet roll holder was falling apart from the wall. FRASIER SUUTES time to SPEND MONEY doing up the APARTMENTS. Unfortunately won't be back the place is really rundown, don't waste your MONEY here, there are other fantastic apartments in Glasgow, this one you all need, to AVOID!!!!!! Kishan Patel, Guest Services / Front Office at Fraser Suites Glasgow, responded to this review Dear guest,Thank you for your detailed feedback and for your loyalty over the years, we truly value guests who have chosen to stay with us so frequently, which makes it especially disappointing to read about your recent experience. We are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, particularly regarding the condition of the apartment, noise disturbances, and overall comfort. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. Please note that we do have a Duty Manager available at all times who would have been able to assist, whether by relocating you or addressing the concerns during your stay. Unfortunately, I cannot find any record of these issues being reported at the time, and we would have welcomed the opportunity to put things right for you.Regarding the fire alarm, I would like to clarify that in evacuation situations, only the fire brigade can advise when it is safe to re-enter the building. Our trained fire wardens were in position at key points throughout the property to ensure guest safety during this time.We are currently undergoing a refurbishment programme to enhance our apartments, and we would very much appreciate the opportunity to restore your confidence in us in the future. Please do reach out directly should you consider returning.

A studio apartment with pluses and minuses

    rating10 May 2026

Helpful & friendly staff (Jenny & Loren). Very large room with a small kitchenette. Lighting was inadequate, especially in the bathroom. As my wife noted, why have a kitchenette if you don’t have a table and chairs? Surface space was pretty good, and storage space was perfectly adequate. Sound insulation was not great. Location was very good, as we were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see in Glasgow. Kristina Papaiova, General Manager at Fraser Suites Glasgow, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback. We’re so pleased you found our team, especially Jenny and Lauren, helpful and friendly. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the spacious room and our central location. We really appreciate your comments on the lighting and kitchenette setup. This is valuable feedback we’ll take on board as we continue to improve. We’re also sorry the sound insulation wasn’t ideal; being in a busy city centre can sometimes bring extra noise, but we understand how important comfort is. We're in the process of upgrading our windows to reduce the sound pollution from the street. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Excellent room - 1 slight issue

    rating10 May 2026

Booked a 1 bed apartment for the weekend. The space was excellent; spotless, well appointed, spacious with a small kitchen area. I couldn't fault this but for one small issue - the room was directly above a busy bar with music on until about 3am. There was also a fair amount of traffic noise which neither of us are used to as we live in the country. If you have ear plugs or enjoy late night, you'll be fine. The whole place is gorgeous and well presented Kristina Papaiova, General Manager at Fraser Suites Glasgow, responded to this review Thank you so much for your kind feedback. We’re really glad you enjoyed the apartment and found it clean, spacious, and well equipped. We’re sorry the noise affected your stay. Being in a busy city centre does mean there can be some late-night activity, especially near nearby bars, but we completely understand this isn’t ideal for everyone. If you do return to our hotel let us know, and we can try to accommodate a higher floor room. Thanks again for your lovely comments and hope to welcome you back again soon!

So we used these service apartments whilst at my daughter’s wedding. These rooms are well used yet they were in great condition. Each room seemed to have an eating area with open plan kitchen, reasonably good sized bathroom and shower and plenty wardrobe space. Thoroughly impressed with the property and even the price was ok. Kristina Papaiova, General Manager at Fraser Suites Glasgow, responded to this review Thank you so much for your lovely review. We’re delighted you chose to stay with us for such a special occasion and that you found the apartment comfortable, well equipped, and great value. Our Frasers team would also want to extend the best wishes to the newly weds!We really appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back again soon.
