Staff members were all lovely and lots of outside space for the dogs once it had cooled down as was so hot when we stayed. Room was basic for a Hilton, we’ve stayed at other dog friendly hotels that cost less but had more to offer like, complementary waters, juices, snack etc. The aircon is set at 20 so you can’t change it and the shower is like a white knuckle ride when the shower floor is wet, has no grip and quite dangerous.Bed was like sleeping on a pile of bricks and woke up with a very stiff neck. We hadn’t been advised there was a wedding reception that evening that went on until midnight along with kids playing football on the lawn outside the party room and their ball bounced off our patio doors a couple of times causing our dogs to go into security guard mode. Finally I think £8.00 per night for parking is unacceptable considering the only place you can probably walk to is Sainsbury or the top of the A3.

I recently hosted my husband’s surprise 40th birthday celebration at the Hilton Cobham, hiring the St George’s Suite and the outdoor terrace for the family event, with many young children attending.Victoria was my main point of contact throughout the planning process, and I couldn’t have asked for better support. She was accommodating, flexible, receptive to my ideas, and offered suggestions that helped make the party a real success. We had regular meetings to discuss the details, and Victoria ensured everything was thoroughly organised.As the event approached, I was introduced to Abi, who was my contact on the evening. Abi and the entire team were outstanding. Everything ran seamlessly, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere where nothing was too much trouble.The staff were warm, welcoming, and friendly throughout, and all of our guests commented on what a wonderful evening it was. The food was absolutely delicious and received many compliments from family and friends. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the hotel team clearly took great pride in ensuring everything was perfect.A huge thank you to Victoria, Abi, and the entire team at the Hilton Cobham. I am so grateful for all your hard work and support. You helped make such an important occasion special and created lasting memories.

Another Fantastic stay at a truly beautiful property, the accommodation and facilities offered were outstanding.Most importantly all of the staff were so courteous, polite, professional and efficient, we wanted to name a few of the staff who provided outstanding service during our stay.Tom, Connor and Alexandr in guest services who sorted out our booking and ensured we had the same rooms as requested, all carried out in an exceptional professional manner, nothing was too much trouble.Elena and Matte in the restaurant looked after us most evenings for dinner both are true professionals in your team, went to exceptional lengths to ensure that our family birthday was celebrated in a truly memorable way.Nicky and Elsa at Breakfast, just could not do enough for us, real professionals totally focused on customer services both real gems in the team. In particular Nicky who went above and beyond to arrange a family birthday high tea.The food in the restaurant is amazing; a fantastic team of chef’s who will come to your table to check your food is ok in particular Miguel part of a truly excellent group of chefs.In summary our stay was nothing short of a five-star service provided by the hotel team, the rooms were immaculately kept and cleaned every day by an efficient House Keeping team.All the team were great but these who we name really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and enjoyable.I hope this feedback will be shared and that those named will get the recognition they justly deserve.On behalf of all our family thank you for a lovely stay.Best Hilton in the UK.

We recently held our wedding celebration at the Hilton Cobham (with ourselves and several guests staying at the hotel too) and would definitely recommend it for events. The first person we met was Nicky who was friendly, helpful, positive and proactive and gave us a great first impression. From then on all of the staff we were in contact with were fantastic. Victoria helped us to craft our perfect evening because the Hilton seemed far more flexible and accommodating than other venues we'd seen, Eleana helped the evening to run smoothly and every other staff member was welcoming and helpful, giving the impression that nothing was too much trouble. Several of our guests also commented on how good the staff were, as well as how good the food was and how efficiently the event was managed.

OH DEAR! Starting with the only positives - to their credit the staff were all very courteous and efficient and the bathroom in our room was modern and clean. Everything else was a negative for us. The advertised cost of our room dropped dramatically between the date of our confirmed booking and the day before our arrival, but the Hilton's central booking system made it impossible to adjust this directly with the hotel. In the end we could only get a fairer price by cancelling and re-booking at the risk of not getting a room at all. Then, on arrival, the illuminated Hilton sign at the entrance had evidently been hit by a truck and was held together with tape. The main hotel buildings bear no resemblance to the elegant-looking white house in the main illustration; more of an ugly institution-like red brick block. Everything about the hotel and grounds (apart from our bathroom) is beyond tired, compounded by the prison-grey décor inside and out and the most scruffy outside space that I have ever encountered in an hotel in all my years of extensive travel. And our attempt to take breakfast in the hotel was thwarted by head-banging nightclub music at 9 a.m., the strong chemical smell of dishwasher product on crockery and cutlery, and guests' dogs wandering around and sniffing at tables. Never again!
