  Excellent Value For Money

  06 Apr 2026

This hotel is excellent value for money. Excellent TV picture. WiFi fast and stable. Bed comfortable. Very clean. The shower has good water pressure. The only concern is the area is not that safe and a long wayfrom the London Underground station.QExploreNearbyCrowne Hotel Manager, Owner at Ibis budget London Heathrow Central, responded to this review Dear Velle,Thank you for choosing our hotel and for sharing your review. It is wonderful to hear your stay at ibis budget London Heathrow Central was such great value. We are pleased you found our TV quality, WiFi speeds and comfy beds added comfort to your visit. Our team takes pride in providing spotless rooms and powerful showers for that refreshing start travelers need. That said, we regret any concerns about our location's proximity to public transport. While the Hoppa shuttle connects directly with Heathrow terminals, our nearest underground station does require a short bus transfer. We hope you found our 24-hour services helpful in minimizing urban navigation challenges. Finally, thank you for highlighting our stable internet connection, this infrastructure investment directly supports guests needing reliable remote access during stays. We look forward to having the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Best wishes,Karthik Anchuri, Duty Manager

22hr flight back to the UK so booked here ahead of our return up North.Hoppa Bus from Heathrow to the hotel was straightforward (£6.80 each one way).Basic, functional & very comfortable room with what looks like a recently refitted bathroom?Didn't know what to expect for breakfast which was fantastic value with good hot & cold choices and included in our booking.Special mention to Alina who was very welcoming at breakfast Reception- great advert for the hotel!Highly recommended & great value for money.Thank you Hotel Manager, Owner at Ibis budget London Heathrow Central, responded to this review Dear Glyn,Thank you for your positive feedback. It's wonderful to hear your stay at ibis budget London Heathrow Central delivered such great value. Pleasant hotel with friendly staff

  22 Mar 2026

Stayed here as part of a coach trip, room was basic but very clean, bed was comfy, no hair dryer in room but you can get one from reception. Kettle and cups in room but if you want tea or coffee sachets you ask for those at reception also.Staff were very polite , helpful and friendly.Pleasant bar/lounge restaurant area, we ordered food which was lovely as was the breakfast with something for everyone, I would stay here again. Perfect. Excellent location, rooms clean & comfortable, very little noise.Very good selection of hot and cold breakfast buffet. All staff friendly & helpful, especially the " IT consultant" who fixed my unresponsive laptop! Thank you.Would certainly stay there again if going through LHR especially for the very good price paid. Allison.
