  Spoke to a lady on the phone who told me treatments were available at 2PM on Sunday but upon arrival was made to feel silly by being told a lady wouldn’t be authorised toMake a booking and that the booking didn’t exist. Wasted time and energy and even when trying to book the treatment again properly they were unable to locate my partners email address and failed to send a confirmation email correctly, which likely explains the issue in the first place. Spoke to us rudely too.

  Stayed here for one night and unfortunately we are disappointed. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance and upgrading throughout. The bedroom is dated and the mattress was so hard we barely slept. We won’t be returning.

  Great for short business stay.

  Great hotel for a short work trip. Room comfy if a little tired - this was charming rather than a problem!! Big TV, bathroom great. Apparently the room was an "upgrade" so can only speak for a room on the ground floor 3xx.Slightly disappointed the leisure facilities closed so early in the evening after a day at work. Breakfast suitably varied but am a no upf veggie so always going to struggle a bit. Very disappointing scrambled egg but mostly disappointed as it was the only thing I was going to eat. It was watery which I couldn't understand. Everything else seemed fine though and I know I am a weirdo!! Didn't use the restaurant but was told by regular gym members it was really good as a local eatery not just a hotel restaurant.   Tired Facilities

  Such potential but so bad. We have visited as members of their gym/pool facilities. its a very regular occurrence for the steam/sauna room to be out of action. Yes theres a notice on the desk again, but to be honest if the facilities were serviced properly and not done on “The Cheap” chances are they will work for longer. This is a UK hotel where English is the second language. Trying to hold a conversation with the “Gym” staff is impossible as none of them speak English. When you advise there are problems they act surprised which is laughable when you hear the people before you complaining about the same thing. Needs lots of investment not excuses please.
