  Good location, not bad hotel

  Booked for a one night stay with family. The room was great with kids staying on the sofa settee. Could see this set up of room being good if on business for a while. The sofa had no instructions as to how to make it up and there were no pillows for it, which was rectified by staff! Disappoitingly when the settee was pulled out to be made it clearly hadn't been cleaned for a while - still had someone's old sock on the floor. The breakfast wasn't bad, plenty of food and alright choice - surprised to see a collection of cold meats. Staff were helpful and used luggage drop before and after stay. It's also a really good location. Just a shame a few bits let it down as otherwise would've definitely been a 4/5!   We absolutely loved our stay

  The staff were amazing — so kind, welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. The whole atmosphere at the hotel was calm, relaxed and really pleasant.The location could not have been better. Honestly, it was perfect. You can walk to all the main places in Liverpool, and the train station is right across the street, which made everything so easy.Everything was clean, fresh and well looked after. The service was 10/10 from start to finish.We stayed in a studio apartment and it was fantastic — spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. It felt really practical but also cosy and nice.I would 100% recommend this hotel. Great location, lovely staff, clean rooms and excellent service. A perfect place to stay in Liverpool, and we would definitely stay here again.   Quiet, centrally situated, well-run.

  Situated just outside Liverpool Central station, this has to be one of the quietest night's sleep I've ever had in a city centre. My room was very clean and, had I been better organised, I could have brought my own coffee and food: there is a kitchenette, with fridge and hob. The receptionists are there 24/7 and do a good job of helping guests. The shower was a luxury, generously sized and there were plenty of towels. I initially thought the bed top sheet was too thin, but it was a really comfortable bed with a light but warm duvet. The air-conditioning was the most efficient I've ever experienced, reacting quickly and simply to get the room to the temperature I wanted.   Great Stay

  Visited the City for a 2 night break. The hotel is well located being only 5 minutes from the Lime Street train station and Liverpool Central. There are also lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The checkin was fast and friendly. The room was clean, had lots of storage space and comfortable. The kitchen area had everything that you could need for a short or longer stay. Would recommend and stay again.
