Great base from which to tour the waterfront and city centre.

    rating06 Jun 2026

My wife and I had an overnight stay at this hotel on 5th June 2026The hotel is ideally situated for anyone wishing to see Liverpool's amazing waterfront or city centre. Our room ( 1014 ) was on the 10th floor. It was clean and tidy and had fantastic views of the river Mersey, the three Graces and St Nicholas' church. There was no traffic noise or noise from other guests. We had breakfast at the hotel where Kirsty, Uandra and Aryonu were very friendly, attentive members of staff. Breakfast was self service. In its day the hotel was very 'up market' , however, with the passage of time its decor now looks a bit dated.

    Pleasant Stay

    rating29 May 2026

Having read some of these reviews my expectations weren't high, however my stay was perfectly fine.Greated on arrival with complimentary prosecco so always a bonus! Check in was easy, member of staff was helpful but noticeably not as friendly as other staff I interacted with.See photo for room view - Amazing 🤩 Room was clean but dusty in odd places like on the soap and handcream bottles in the bathroom. Bed was comfy.Agree with another review that the room smelt musty on arrival but a blast of the Aircon soon put that right. Aircon worked well and was no noisier than anywhere else I've stayed.Walls were thin as mentioned elsewhere this didn't disturb us but could hear conversations quite clearly!Breakfast room was spacious with good views and staff were really friendly.'Hot' food was lukewarm as per normal with buffet breakfast anywhere. Liked that it was in reasonably small dishes so was replaced frequently. Coffee was good. I'm not convinced the bread advertised as sourdough actually was. More like a normal unsliced loaf but it was nice!Overall a good experience and I would definitely stay again.

    Atlanta Hotel - 5* Phenomenal.

    rating27 May 2026

Stayed at the Atlanta Hotel in Liverpool during our trip over for the TT 2026 and honestly could not fault the experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and in a brilliant location, but the real standout was Becky. From the minute we arrived she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Nothing was too much trouble, she was friendly, professional, welcoming and somehow managed to make us feel like regulars rather than guests just passing through. It is rare these days to come across someone who genuinely cares about customer experience as much as she clearly does. After long day travelling for the TT, coming to such a welcoming atmosphere genuinely made a difference. Becky is an absolute asset to the hotel and deserves proper recognition for the effort she puts in. If management are reading this, keep hold of her at all costs and maybe loosen the purse strings a little because staff like that are the reason people come back!Would happily stay again and a big part of that is down to Becky making the whole experience feel personal and effortless.

A great stay with fantastic staff

    rating19 May 2026

It was a decent stay. When I arrived there was a problem about a fridge in my room but Daniel was fantastic and sorted it out without making things awkward. The room itself had a lovely view of the Mersey and the Liver building. It was spacious, plug sockets everywhere and tea and coffee making facilities were in the room. The curtains wrapped around the windows and no light got through. I also wasn’t bothered by noise. The housekeeping was supposed to be on every 3 days or by request, but they came in daily and it was a pleasant surprise. The carpet was stained but it really didn’t bother me; it was overall a really good stay.

Stayed at this hotel for a hen do. The hotel is lovely, clean and the bed was really comfy. Had breakfast in the vista, which was lovely and had a great range of items. Helped by the lovely Kirtsy, Leandra and Aryonel.
