    Great location, convenient for tourist attractions with good restaurants nearby Basic but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Friendly reception staff. Views from the 5th floor were amazing! Excellent value.

    We as a family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights in a so called penthouse apartment number 49. It was very poor for a penthouse apartment !! while the sheets on beds were clean the throws and cushions were filthy dirty . Even the pillows were smelly even though they had clean linen they were literally fit for the bin. We booked through booking.com and paid in full before arrival. We were asked to pay 100£ sterling deposit which will take 5-6 days to be refunded to our account , there was no mention of this when we booked through booking.com

    Stopped here overnight with my wife and Mum whilst on day day trip to Liverppl.Accommodation was relatively easy to find with underground parking (recommended!) at £15 a night if you require it.Apartment was very big and a lovely kitchen size. both bedrooms were ample in size and in wardrobe capacity.Bathroom was big but shower pressure wasn't very good.Would consider again if stopping in Liverpool.

    Good value accommodation in a convenient location. Very clean and had everything that was needed. The showers were really good. Pillows are awful - I would bring my own next time. Bed comfy. The Car Park is very tight - you could not get a larger SUV or MPV in there.

    It’s abit shabby, shower was broke, wooden hand rails on the balcony are spent and they could do with finishing up the plastering…. the place needs abit of money spent on it and it’ll be nice again. The price was ok considering the state of the place. Oh and I only got the lift once as the noises coming out of it were horrendous
