    Our second visit to this lovely establishment.Everything was perfect - super clean, great location and of course the lovely Lizzie (Liz) on reception. This young lady, as I've said in a previous review, is an employer's diamond and a joy for customers.The quality of the apartments is excellent and will be our first choice when visiting the great city of Liverpool again.     A nice little two night get away with hubby

    First impressions was brill secure building clean Get the lift up to reception and was greeted by the lovely Liz who was so lovely made us feel Wellcome. We arrived early and was able to leave our luggage so we could go out for a few drinks Rang us to let us know our room was ready We arrived back bit merry and was given our key to our room witch was 3 rd floor we was so impressed with the room very clean well equipt for our two night stay. Bed very comfortable and clean white sheets shower is amazing the hair shampoos and shower gells was lovely tea coffe milk sugar to.     Stayed here for 1 night. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms with everything u need . The lady on reception was the nicest receptionist I have ever spoke to. She was very helpful and very cheerful . Stayed with my son and needed an extra duvet and pillow . Phoned reception and housekeeping knocked on door 5 mins later with them. Free coffee aswel at reception. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.     Booked here for 4 nights when visiting Liverpool for conference. Wanted an apartment to have flexibility for cooking own meals although ended up eating out with colleagues. Apartment is conveniently located in the City and has good security. Staff were all very friendly and it was an added bonus you could get free coffee in reception. There was a Tesco express just opposite which we got some supplies from. Bathroom was big and had a washing machine, although didn't use it. Bedroom was also reasonable size. Would recommend this place when looking for city centre accommodation.
