    The location is 1.5 km from the Liverpool waterfront and Lime street station is just 1 km away. There are supermarkets (Lidl) and fast food restaurants nearby. The (dorm) rooms are spacious compared to other low budget options (e.g. in Anfield) and include shower and toilet. Beds are comfortable with clean sheets and pillows. Curtain does not fit the entire bed space, but allows at least some privacy. Wifi worked well. It is quiet most of the time. Staff is helpful and efficient. There is always someone present (24/7). The place including the shared kitchen and lounge areas is kept (very) clean. There is no escape option, if there are loudly snoring people in the room.

    We booked a specific room with good bunk beds, some privacy, a place to charge phones near us and a place to lock our stuff and they put us in a different kind of room with different beds and nothing of the stuff we booked. When we went to ask they said that they had given all the other rooms (the ones we booked and paid for) to others and these were the only one availables. We cancelled and by their policy they had to return us 40£ and keep 70£. They haven’t returned us a single penny. One employee lied to us and he told us that they dont do returns but when we told about the policy to an other one he told us straight away that they will return 40£

    Stayed here for a gig at the O2 Academy. Very good value for a budget stay. Good location, comfortable bed, Tea/Coffee making facilities, clean towels, cheap overnight parking available at ParkBee. Space enough to pick up and drop off outside -if your quick, there’s double yellows but its a relatively quiet road.
