    Excellent service by the staff.I was converlesing from a serious accident and was put in the hotel.The whole of the staff where excellent especially Andrew the night manager who put up with me walking around in the early hours.I cannot thank them enough.

    We enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Crowne Plaza in Liverpool. The staff were friendly and polite, the room and bed were comfortable as is standard for Crowne Plaza. The hotel is well positioned, next to the Liver Building and handy for the shops and the passport office. We booked a package which included our evening meal and this was very good value, well cooked and enjoyable We took advantage of the pool whilst we were there. The pool areas were clean and well presented. There is parking which is payable. As always the Crowne plaza breakfast didn't disappoint.     We live down here on the Princess Dock and frequent the local Restaurants/Bars often! We are big fans of the newly renovated Restaurant/Bar and Lounge at the Crowne!! One thing that hasn’t changed over the years we have been here, is the excellent service from the team when we go for dinner or drinks! After a trip back to the US we made it a point to stop by for dinner last night and Abi our server went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed back!!     My friend invited me as a late birthday gift. Absolutely amazing .., this hotel has it all .. view , quality, helpful friendly staff. Marc from reception was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was trouble for him helping me and my friend Mel with anything we could think off . The room 201 was absolutely beautiful. Definitely I will pick up same one . Guys if you like to visit or think on doing it choose this beautiful hotel . You cannot be more central . Single , in company or with the kids you will have great experience. Las and not least breakfast was amazing .
