A very interesting building with good views, comfortable room and very helpful staff. Really handy for the cruise terminal - just a pleasant walk along the river.

Lovely Stay right on Albert docks, Stephen vast excellent, very busy at breakfast but he coped amazingly well. Great view of docks from the restaurant.

An enjoyable and comfortable stay

A very enjoyable, comfortable stay and a great location for visiting Liverpool. Our sincere thanks to Mary for her help and guidance on our arrival. The complimentary breakfast was well managed and maintained, providing fuel for a full day of sightseeing, and there are plenty of good restaurants beneath and around the hotel. The tour buses collected just up the road from the hotel entrance, with the ferry terminal or Mersey One shopping centre an easy 10-minute walk away. We parked safely at the nearby Kings Dock car park at the reduced rate of £18 per 24 hours.

Dirty windows

I love this Hotel, great location, good breakfast and choice and the rooms and staff are good. But one BIG let down this time was the windows in the room, one side was broken but I'm not bothered about that, it was the dirty window, very dirty with a load of bird mess to look at, I like to send photos of the view we have to our daughters, but this time I couldn't find a clean space on the window to do that.
