  The hotel itself was nice enough, comfortable bed, be careful in the bathroom as the floor gets incredibly slippery and they only have towels not bath mats. The breakfast I'm sorry to say was awful, 21:95 for a continental breakfast is a criminal price.   Enjoyable stay in Liverpool.

  Very enjoyable stay in centrally located hotel

  We had a very enjoyable stay at this centrally located hotel. We had a very warm and friendly welcome on arrival and offered a hot drink from the free drinks making facility that was available for guests.The reception area was clean and pleasant with comfortable seating, quirky decor which included a table football game. The other public areas including the stair well and lifts were all very clean and well maintained.We had a premium room on the 3rd floor which was spacious, had plenty of wardrobe and storage space for clothes and belongings, and a very quirky Strawberry Fields decor. There was a hairdryer and iron/ironing board.There was a generous selection of tea, coffee and milk together with a coffee pod machine. A selection of comfort kits were also provided e.g. toothbrush, sewing, shower cap etc. which was a nice touch.The room was spotlessly clean. The en-suite was the usual pod-type of a budget hotel and was very clean and well stocked with pleasant, fresh smelling liquid body wash and conditioning shampoo. Towels were bath sheet size and fluffy. 2 towelling bathrobes and slippers were provided.Breakfast was continental style which included a selection of cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit pots, pastries, toast, bread, baked beans, boiled eggs, ham and cheese. All were fresh and well presented.We did not use the restaurant so cannot comment but did use the bar which was available until late and drinks were very reasonably priced.All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Line Street station and within a short distance of all the central major attractions. If you’re into live music just cross the road and walk down Stanley Street. If you want the nice restaurants turn right out of the hotel and walk down Dale Street to Castle Street. If you walk to the end of Dale Street you come to the dock areas.There were a couple of minor improvements that would have made our stay exceptional which were that the room was too warm, the air conditioning did not cool below 18c and windows not open. There was a very slight whiff of poor drainage in the en-suite. Overall, a great hotel and stay in this fabulous city.   Nice, but wouldn’t stay again due to room heat

  It was an amazing experience. Cleanliness was top notch . Staff were very helpful and it was located in the city centre. There’s a lot of restaurants in the area and a lot of fun activities to do in just a walking distance.I highly recommend.
