    Check in was ok staff helpful .but there seem to be some sort of argument and a women trying to get into a room opposite us she was asking some one in the room to let her in or she'll call the police. We went into room and later there was security trying to get into room an hour later we heard arguing then a door slammed so loud the walls shook I looked out of peep hole in door to see security and a women swearing then everything went quiet .I nearly was going to complain. Breakfast not worth it for the money we paid limited cereal. More for kids. Hot breakfast was limited and there was tables with no fresh cutlery on .overall hotel needs updating. Brown stain on our room carpet and marks trailing into bathroom urgh! .Will not stay again.     I've stayed here for 3 days every week for 5 weeks whilst being at the hospital. The staff are good but I need to say, Liam, Laura & Sam the chef are truly amazing, they always go above & beyond, nothing is ever to much trouble, & they always have a smile for you.This us what you need when being here alone.
