Location

The hotel is situated on the King Dock and just a short distance to the city centre.

    Overall pretty good. Large car park next door. If you are lucky enough to bag a high floor you can get a great view of the Mersey.Quick & friendly check in. Lifts have different views of the city inside the lift shaft, which is pretty cool. Room was a decent size with large windows. Bathroom fine although sadly no bath. Unfortunately AC broken and room was incredibly stuffy, even though it wasnt that warm a day.     Brilliant stay with an evening of live music

    My husband and I decided to book ourselves a much needed night away without kids. We had a wonderful stay. Our room was lovely and the perfect place to unwind with a drink from the bar or the nespresso machine that was in the room. We loved the breakfast too and there was so much choice. Our highlight of our stay had to be the live music on the Friday night though. Wow it was incredible and just made our stay so much more special. James on piano took requests and played so well. Emma and Johnny who joined him in the music at different points were great too. We couldn’t leave until they were finished they were just too good to miss. Overall an amazing stay that we would definitely do again.     Great spot. Fantastic spot. Perfect destination to see liverpool. Dave created us, top man, blonde lady checked us in, Kate I think, but it was early, and I'm good with faces not names. Went out and enjoyed liverpool with the ladies advice, stayed in room 720 on 29 may so hotel can check who checked us in, she was fab. The hotel deserves 10 star rating it's that good, it's the staff that makes it. I clean air bnbs so it ticked all boxes with cleanliness in room. However check the downstairs lamps and lights in foyer. Easy mistake. Maddy at the bar needs a promotion, excellent lady. Nothing was too much. However that was the 31st. However who was on the bar on Saturday at lunchtime, that couldn't be bothered. Needs looked at. I ordered a pint of beer and a tap water with lemon and ice. Was asked what colour lemon was and ice was only available with paid bottle water. So I upgraded to that for my wife. Was then told was not my problem and no ice was available.In a bar no ice available at 1pm. You were on a 10 out of 5 until then.Would still rate the hotel, 7 out of 5, but I deal with staff. Enuf said.Put maddy in charge of bar and get her to sack the slackers. She has the potential, wee girl doesn't stop, cleaning and tidying.One other point clean the tables every hour, I sat same table 3 days running and it wasn't cleaned, nor was lamp at front, entrance door, go check it.     We stayed at the Pullman Liverpool for the great location to the M&S Bank Arena where we were going to an event. The hotel was great. Staff were very polite, accommodating and knowledgeable. The breakfast was brilliant with a great selection. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The mix of firm and soft pillows were excellent. Would recommend this hotel and if we are back in Liverpool we would most certainly stay again.
