This family-friendly city hotel is located on the famous Kings Waterfront, opposite the ECHO Arena, BT Convention Centre and Albert Docks, the largest collection of Grade 1 listed buildings in the UK, also home to The Beatles Story, Tate Liverpool and the Maritime Museum. To complement this, just a 10-minute walk away, guests will find the newly opened Liverpool One which has 42 acres of shopping and leisure venues. John Lennon Airport is roughly 14 km from the hotel and Manchester International Airport is approximately 62 km away, while East Midlands Airport is some 167 km.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 33 apartments, 99 studios and single rooms located in two 7-storey buildings with lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The sports and entertainment facilities at the hotel ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, callisthenics and aerobics.

Meals

The hotel features dining services including a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room and a café. Bed and breakfast can be booked.     I’ve been staying here for the past 12 days for work, and it has genuinely been such a delightful experience. The rooms are spacious, extremely well-maintained, and housekeeping has been absolutely top-notch — always thorough, courteous, and incredibly sweet.The breakfast buffet, while relatively small with limited options, has been consistently good and very well maintained. Everything has been fresh, organized, and reliable every single day, which I really appreciate.What truly stands out, though, is the staff. No matter what time I’ve gone to reception with a question or needed help, they’ve always been incredibly kind, proactive, and ready to assist with a smile.I also love the thoughtful amenities — having an in-house self-service laundry was extremely convenient during a longer stay, and the in-room pantry/kitchen setup was fantastic. From the dishwasher to the multifunction oven/microwave and all the utensils provided, everything was so well thought out and made the stay feel even more comfortable.A special mention to Jamie, Gemma, Jack, Mya, Mark, and Mike — all of you have been wonderful hosts and have taken such great care of me throughout my stay.Being over 5,000 km away from home can feel isolating, but this place genuinely made me feel at home over the last 12 days. If I’m ever back in Liverpool for work, I honestly wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.     We had a corner suite with views of the Mersey, the Wheel and Liver Birds. The room was great with comfy beds, microwave, dishwasher & 2 TVs. Staff were lovely. A really good base for a holiday in Liverpool as close to everything.     Fantastic location. Next to the M&S Arena, the wheel and 2 minute walk to tour buses.The hotel room was very well equipped, with its own small kitchen. The breakfast was very good and replenished regularly. A good mix of cooked breakfast items and continental options.The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.We definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly return.
