    We needed to be close to the waterfront and this place is perfect. Casual vibe, friendly staff, clean and efficient rooms. Great breakfast. I’d highly recommend this venue.

    Stayed here last night and we had such a lovely time. Did the check-in online and booked parking, staff gave me the postcode prior to arriving which made everything really easy to navigate to.The apartment was lovely clean, there was everything that you needed in the kitchenette te, coffee, milk and sugar. Cleaning cloths, dishwasher tablets, pots and pans, utensils and cutlery!Really good location for the waterfront but really easy to walk into town too.Highly recommend and the staff are amazing too!

    Room good and was surprisingly quiet as there were groups of young people staying, and room was near lift , but have to say location, although central , was awful. Lots of druggies in tents in both directions as you come out of the hotel. Dirty outside . Was a bit fearful and definitely would not come with children. On arrival everything was good, but in the days that followed I was aware of the edginess of the area and did not feel comfortable coming back after a meal in the evening . I would definitely not stay again which is shame as hotel was pretty good. Staff were friendly.

    We arrived early to leave our luggage. The receptionist didn’t seem to understand that we could do this! There was absolutely no customer service from reception.. both on arrival and departure.Rooms were adequate just be careful not to face any carparks as deliveries are very early in morning.Windows are definitely not soundproof. This is something that could be improved.The location may be central but unfortunately it is surrounded with people openly doing drugs next to their tents and sitting around smoking hash shouting at guests as they go to and from hotel(even at 7am)!Not a good location if you are travelling alone. Will choose the other Staycity in city centre next time.

    Spent a fantastic 3 day here to see friends. We pre-arranged an early check-in and the staff were more than happy to accommodate.The room was very clean and well equipped, and the communal areas were clean and relaxing.As we were leaving on an evening flight the staff offered a late check-out (13:00) which suited perfectly. The staff also provided a safe place to store our luggage while we enjoyed our last day in the city.Overall, our stay was fantastic, and the staff and accommodation provided further enhanced our stay.
