2nd year to stay here ,love it as central to everything, just wanna say the staff are so friendly feels like family, cant wait to go again next year ❤️ from the extremely early morning irish bird with her cuppa xx

Ok if you go for the better rooms. Avoid the one without a window, you are in a basement cell!

Room was like a prison cell. No lamp, awful pillows, poor mattress and we were cold. Can hear the trains every few minutes as if they ran above us. Won’t bother again.

Arrived early to store our bags and friendly guy on reception let us check in immediately.Room was a great size for four people, spotlessly clean. Bathroom also big and very clean. Had a shower and thought the water pressure was pretty good.Only a short walk from Liverpool Lime Street and also Liverpool Empire which we were there to visit. There was a bit of street noise at night but that comes with the central location.Stayed for one night and the following day they stored our bags for us free of charge which was nice. All staff were lovely and I thought the place was reasonably priced.Would definitely stay here again if in Liverpool!

Missed the last train home and we were kindly given a good price for a last minute walk in during the night. Would highly recommend, rooms spotless and facilities all good.
