    Perfect one-nighter before getting the ferry to the Isle of Man - but would come back and stay there for a weekend in Liverpool. The building is so cool, great that it was rescued and renovated. The sound-proofing is excellent which is good because it is in a lively area. Be careful, if coming from Lime Street Station, do not get confused with The Residence on Water Street, This is The Resident! And we loved it. Great breakfast over the road at the Wreck Bistro too (10% discount)

    Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I stay regularly in hotels for business all across the UK and this one is definitely up there at the top of the list of positive experiences. The reception team were warm and welcoming, my room was fantastic, really spacious and extremely clean. Great location for getting around Liverpool.Will definitely stay here again.
