    From the moment we stepped into the hotel we felt special. From the reception staff to the bartenders, every member of staff was professional, friendly, helpful and respectful. Room was out of this world and the food was amazing. We can’t wait to visit again.

    Excellent hotel and stay

    Excellent hotel definitely worth its four stars. Staff all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Huge room overlooking the Tobacco Warehouse. Whole hotel is very atmospheric just be prepared as corridors near lift on 3rd floor are dark and we needed the torches on our phones to find the pad to swipe our room card. The only constructive feedback I gave the hotel was to ensure the restaurant knew which guests are on the DBB rate because we were initially given the normal menu on which there were many dishes we liked. When I asked about the DBB arrangements we were given alternative, smaller menus which was a little disappointing. Despite this I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.     Spoken a lot about this hotel & thought we’re going to have to try it out…. And everything about it is amazing from the staff very knowledgeable & helpful !     Disappointing Stay…

    So disappointed I wanted to love this hotel! Our first night away since having our daughter and wanted a lovely relaxing and most importantly a decent night sleep!!When we checked in the hotel car park was full ( event was on ) so parking cost us £12.Dinner and drinks were nice at the restaurant.Our night sleep was awful the room was extremely hot & the aircon is very loud, the other guests in the hotel were also extremely loud coming back to the rooms around 1:30-3:30am shouting, slamming doors, you can even hear your neighbours toilet flushing 🫤 we could hear everything! There is no sound proof at all.Safe to say we were exhausted in the morning! I sleep better at home!Breakfast was nice but the ‘hot’ food was cold? We went down around 8am so was expecting it to be piping hot this was so disappointing.We then used the spa which was lovely and relaxing the pool was gorgeous, but I think £20 pp for 2hrs just pool, sauna and stream room is to expensive especially when you’ve paid nearly £300 for the room already?! We won’t be returning to the Titanic we will be going back to our usual the Pullman Hotel. However, I am disappointed to learn that you experienced disturbances during the night. While we do have procedures in place to manage noise complaints, I appreciate that being disturbed by other guests can significantly impact the quality of your stay and your ability to rest.I was also concerned to read your comments regarding the breakfast temperature. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver, and your feedback has been shared with our Food & Beverage team for review.With regard to Spa access, our Spa Circuit is a separately charged experience, and I appreciate your comments regarding the value of this offering.
