First visit to Liverpool what an amazing city so much to do great museums, buildings and shops and not forgetting the Beatles would recommend this hotel for a city break very central close car park could not fault

Super friendly staff on reception.Rooms looking a little tired and fans had not been cleaned or emptied.When switched on dust covered the room. No air con and rooms quite stuffy. Great location near the city centre.

My husband and I stayed here and were honestly blown away. You never know what to expect with budget hotels, but this place totally over-delivered.First thing we noticed? The room was absolutely spotless. Huge shoutout to the housekeeping team they clearly take pride in what they do because everything was fresh, tidy, and clean.But the real highlight was the team. Everyone was just so lovely, polite, and always ready with a smile or a handy local tip. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them.If you need somewhere clean, comfy, and affordable with genuinely great hospitality, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We’ll definitely be back!"
