Facility

The holiday village has 63 rooms, including 9 suites and 5 single rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The complex offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, room service and a laundry service. Complimentary newspapers are available. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available.

Rooms

Central heating ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a sofa bed. I don't usually bother writing reviews, but feel that she needs to be recognised by management.​From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth, she was full of joy, wore a permanent big smile, and was always incredibly happy to help with any request, no matter how small.     My partner and I stayed at this hotel the night before our early flight from Liverpool airport, the location is perfect.The hotel itself has a lovely warm feel and the staff are extremely accommodating and welcoming especially Patrycja on reception as we arrived. We received a lovely curtesy call before we arrived to confirm our booking and to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay.We had chance to use the pool which was a really great sized pool and again lovely staff.We unfortunately hadn’t realised it was bank holiday and therefore the breakfast wasn’t going to be open early enough for us before our flight but the lovely staff, Patrycja, Stacey, Piter were so accommodating and got us some breakfast way before it was due to open which was very kind!! I would definitely recommend a stay here!
