Extremely poor customer service. Rude manager, rude staff. They have taken money from me for a booking they did not honour and have refused to refund me. They have a customer charter that says they put the needs of the customer at the heart of everything they do. Obviously they only do this when it suits them. Very poor. Best avoid. There is a poor culture, bordering on toxic in the YHA from customer service to most of the hostels. You will find the odd hostel who follow their customer charter but it is pot luck. Perfect for breakfast that leaves you full all day!

The breakfast was fantastic, loads of choice and unlimited, we both had a full English, eggs made to order and everything else was perfect. Tea, coffee, juices and toast as well as cereals and yoghurt and fruit all available, our go to.staff so friendly and the two lady chefs were very attentive on the two occasions we went. Great value in a brilliant spot

I just love places that do exactly what it says on the tin. We stayed overnight in a 4 bed room which was very clean as was en-suite toilet and separate en-suite shower. One of the best places I had to say for charging points including multiple USB.Staff were brilliant and friendly organising us a Taxi when we heading out. We stopped to have food before heading out and were delighted with the offering. Good location to nightlife which my eldest sons can attest to.
