    Needs refurbishing

    rating17 Apr 2026

After a couple of stays at the hotel we won't be going back. It's very tired, needs a serious upgrade, even the televisions and remote conrols are ancient. It's a shame, it's in a great location and a lovely building. The first time we stayed we were upgraded to a suite which although was small was fine and had the feeling of space. Our next three stays were in Deluxe rooms but they are tiny and feel very claustrophobic. We stay in London every few weeks and honestly thought we had found a hidden gem, but unfortuantely won't be going back. Maybe if it does get brought up to standard we will give it another try.

    An amazing experience!

An amazing experience! I enjoyed an absolutely delicious evening with aperitifs at Dieci in No. Ten Manchester Street Hotel. The food was fantastic, I especially appreciated the treat of homemade nut and sea salt fudge, which was absolutely divine. I have been thinking about this fudge ever since! The team were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, and it’s clear they take great pride in the hotel and truly care, which makes such a difference as a guest. The atmosphere is super laid-back, and the location is amazing, a true hidden gem.Special shout-out to the team for their brilliant cocktail recommendations and genuine friendliness. Thank you to the whole team, I look forward to returning and would highly recommend.

    Great location, great value.

Location, location, location!!!! As a solo traveler I give great thought on my hotel’s location. I was able to come and rest during the day and go out again as I wished. There was always someone in the lobby so I felt safe. My check-in was smooth and the space was clean. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It also offered good toiletries as well as a soft robe and sleepers. It was a great value for the location and the convenience. Just a few minutes from shopping, the tube and beautiful Regent’s Park, I will surely book at this hotel next time I visit London .

OKay hotel but not really one to go back to!

    rating06 Dec 2025

The pro's are that the hotel is ten minutes from Bond Street station and also 5 minutes from Baker Street. However it is very lacking in any kind of character. The lobby is a small desk and we really weren't acknowledged after our first check in. The room was a junior suite ( so it had a seating area in the room) and was very bland and forgettable. The bathroom was on the smaller side although the shower was powerful. We were given a room on the first floor ( misleadingly this is a semi basement) so you are below street level. There were windows but the lighting was poor and the noise in the morning from people and school kids walking by was disturbing. Overall not really good value for almost £400 a night in December. I'm sure it's cheaper at other times of the year though.
