  The rooms I have stayed in were very clean and comfortable. What really surprised me was having a Microwave and a Fridge in the room. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was a pleasant experience. I will be coming back mid year and again at the end of the year and looking forward to it.

  We stayed for 5 nights then returned following week for 2 nights found hotel clean and fresh, room large and bright found the staff excellent especially the manager couldn't do enough very close to hospital and went out of his way and printed off a map and explained the bus route, staff very friendly and smiling food in cafe fantastic large choice and excellent prices we enjoyed our snacks and main meals highly recommend this hotel well worth the cost.

  Good, clean hotel but parking was a problem.

  Stayed one night prior to a hospital appointment. Parking was a problem. The hotel has a tiny car park that accepts only five or six cars. The owner directed us to an alternative car park some distance away. It appeared neither safe nor secure as it was partially hidden from the road. It was also expensive at £15 for an overnight stay and we both suffer from limited mobility.We parked on street on a single yellow line, though the owner told us not to as wardens operated from 06:00.We left shortly after 06:00 so no problem.We were pleased to find the hotel’s cafe open (for drinks only) at a late hour. The hotel has a lift and the rooms, lobby and landings were spotless and well lit. The room was also spotless and spacious. It was equipped with a kitchenette having a sink, a fridge and a microwave.The bathroom was well-finished with an excellent walk-in shower.We set the room heating controller to a comfortable temperature but the heating did not come on. We downloaded the user manual for the fiendishly complicated controller, but despite both of us having engineering degrees we were unable to get the heating to operate. By this time it was late, we had ndressed so we had to rely on shared bodily warmth.In the morning the shower worked well but there was no shower gel in the dispenser.Given the lack of parking, the lack of heating in the room and the lack of shower gel we felt 3 stars was appropriate.

  Great hotel, great location for Wembley

  Great hotel. Stayed here to see Oasis at Wembley. Only 45 min walk to Wembley. Easy to find. 2 tubes from Kings Cross and walk from Stonebridge Park under an hour. Would highly recommend. Room was really big and even had a bit of a kitchenette.

  Booked this hotel for ease of getting to Coldplay at Wembley , and ,to be honest, wasn't expecting much. How wrong could I be! Lovely big room, spotlessly clean, with loads of facilities and excellent shower room. The bar downstairs had a full range of reasonably priced drinks, which we were grateful for after walking back from Wembley. The staff were really helpful and friendly, but the star of the show was the breakfast! Loads of choice and freshly cooked. Thanks for a wonderful e experience.
