  Good quality accommodation and super clean. Easy check in and friendly staff. Lucky we got a big two bedroom apartment with big balcony/terrace. Asked for extra towels and these were delivered quickly. Would definitely stay again. Thanks to all

  Good value for money. It is close to public transport which is about 25 minutes from central London. The apartment was well equipped, the areas are large and it was clean. Pleased with the apartment overall. Wheel chair accessible. Quiet. Supermarket and take always close by. Good value.

  Anything but DELUXE Accomodation

  This apartment was advertised as a Deluxe 2 Bedroom apartment, well that is not how it should be classified as. A better description would be Old , tired and run down apartment’ needing a full refurbishment.We had booked in for 4 nights, on arriving we found the apartment in a less than Deluxe state, the furnishings are of the most basic type with dents, scratches etc on nearly all of it. The bathroom has a down light hanging out of the ceiling, the taps in the shower come off in your hands. The chairs in the bedroom are filthy with bath mats placed on seats to cover them up. The kitchenette has the most basic of appliances, no instructions on how to use the dishwasher, no plugs for any of the sinks, vertical blinds missing, unsafe chair in dining area. We might add no bedside table lights, the beds squeak and towels supplied are of a very poor quality.My advice to anyone booking this accomodation is if you want old and tired accomodation don’t pay for this look elsewhere. We complained through the booking agency which was Agoda but all they said was either move out and get a partial refund or stay there and put up with it. Very poor customer service.There are also no staff on site so no one to complain to.

  I find concerning that this listing had more than 7 reviews when I booked it this past summer. Curious! And more photos of the property. It was adequate for the 5 people it said it could sleep (double beds and one futon-like couch, with disturbing stains), the bathroom was nice, the laundry took some figuring out, and several of the floor fans simply didn't work during the week London experienced a bit of a heatwave. Sigh! The guy we dealt with was polite, if not quick to remedy the fan situation. This apartment is better suited to students, methinks. Getting to and from Central London gets pricey and there are no restaurants nearby.

  Nice big, nice and clean apartment.Very good reception at check-in. Super nice guy who showed us the apartment.Quietly complex, we never heard the neighbors.Good location just off the Lea Bringe station, which makes it easy to get around London via Tuben.Unfortunately, the lovely kitchen was not up to date with kitchen equipment. It was difficult to cook a proper meal when there was no spoons bowls or dish.Great with washing machine. Unfortunately no drying rack to hang the clothes on.It could also be nice with a place in the hallway to hang your outerwear.But overall a good apartment we would recommend.
