  Frauds as usual , uk is full of fraud they asked me 50£ more after booked . For what ??? Zero star no recommendation.

  Recently stayed, and have to say we were completely underwhelmed.The positives:- close to Heathrow- close to “The Three Magpies” pub if you want a nice feed and cold beer- at £75 (approx $150 AUD), quite a good price for London, if it is as it says it isThe negatives:- it’s not what it says it is- dingy room- shower door hanging off- hand towels for towels (and threadbare)- 1 coffee cup for 2 people- and no toilet paper…..not in our room, or a communal one also in the guest house…..none, zilchAs I type, we are still awaiting a response from management, 24 hours after our stay.Spend the extra pennies and stay elsewhere, because if you need to spend a penny here, we’ll just take your own toilet paper.

  Excellent comfortable place in a pleasant leafy corner near LHR

  I wish to give this pleasant, welcoming little B&B in a nice leafy neighbourhood close to Heathrow, a deservedly high rating. I turned up here wet, soaked, jetlagged and tired after a rough flight and long stint on an oilfield. I'd also been given some bad directions round the neighbourhood and was bone-tired. The building manager (looks like a 1970s rock star...) immediately made me welcome and gave me a well-appointed, pleasant ground-floor room with a lovely soft double bed and a good hot shower, plus useful tips about the neighbourhood and the nice family gastropub nearby. Though a man of few words he was a gentleman with me. I slept like a baby and woke feeling a new man the next day, going for a nice brunch at the local pub.Now a relative had also booked here, but been moved elsewhere on the same street due to some informal 'load sharing' deal between hoteliers if they get overbooked by a 'passenger surge'. As she's foreign, she didn't quite understand how the postal system worked and Amazoned some parcels to the Apple B&B address. They were extremely good-natured and gracious about this despite the inconvenience.If you want a quiet, simple, homely, clean, pleasant and welcoming place, then I recommend you to come here rather than a 'big name hotel chain' - I will certainly come again.

  Was running late so called, got no answer, when we arrived the host appeared rude, also kept telling us to shus, in the room there was no tea or coffee facilities, there was one towel, about the size of a hand towel for showering between myself and my friend, the shower had dust in the tray and under sink was dirty, there was no plug in the hand basin. Also address is Harlington, not Hillington as on their paperwork, Deffinately WONT be going back

  Booked two rooms for a one night stay as this place is near to the viewing area at Heathrow airport. Unfortunately neither of us slept much due to poor quality matresses and thin curtains letting the light in. Also the walls are paper thin so you can hear everthing from the next room. The man that checked us in did not speak much english and seemed in a rush to get away. My room seemed clean but my friends was not, hairs and stuff in the bed. The tray with tea and coffee had no milk and the kettle was very dirty. One sachet of coffee was provided but this was a 3in1 which contained sugar. Plenty of tea bags, a few sugar sachets but no use without milk. We arrived too late to do much about any of the complaints and the man did not seem to speak english anyway, and we left at 0600 and there was no one around. On the plus side both rooms had a fan provided.My view, pay a little extra and stay elsewhere.
