this hotel is perfect if you are stopping for one or two nights, the bed is comfortable the show is good and it is clean, there is no TV which was almost refreshing!however there are no windows, and it is very compact - so if you have a lot of 'stuff' then it is not really practicalhotel staff are lovely and very helpful Guest Experience Team, Owner at Assembly Covent Garden, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you so much for your lovely review and rating! There is no TV, iron, safe, refrigerator, desk, chair. There is a clean bed and a small bathroom, with no soap. The hotel was fine, in a great location. But I would expect more for £247 per night. Really unusual hotel - a bit startling at first, but actually a welcome break from the cut and paste hotel chains. Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the lady running breakfast service who was excellent. Had a few issues with the air con, but if I had asked for help I'm sure I would have received it. Will definitely return. Fantastic location and the view of London from the top floor restaurant is incredible, second to none. I stood in this hotel for one night. I chose a room without windows because of the short stay but it's still disturbing.The room and the bathroom were very clean.It's practicable that the hotel is near the transports but we felt the vibration of the underground when we go to bed. The hotel is also well located near Chinatown, Covent Garden and no so far from Buckingham Palace. Great location and comfortable bed. The rooftop bar gives great views over the city. Right down the road from a well connected tube station (straight shot from Heathrow). Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, theatre.
