    Great location in a safe neighborhood. Basically across the street from Hyde Park. Lots of shops and dining options. Several bus lines and 2 train stations nearby:~ 5 mins to Queensway and ~7 mins to Bayswater. They are renovating, but I didn't experience any noise or inconvenience, and luckily my room was updated and comfortable. It had plenty of closet space, a safe, mini fridge (with water) and a coffee/tea maker (supplies provided). The staff was courteous and respectful. Only complain is that on the day of my departure, I woke up to a blackout throughout the hotel and nobody informed guests of what was happening (something related to the undergoing renovation), I asked via their WhatsApp and didn't receive an answer. A broadcast message to inform guests would have been appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.     This hotel is a scam stay awayMy daughter booked this hotel through Expedia the night before they sent her an email that due to unforeseen circumstances they cannot honor the reservation and they’re gonna give back the money. She got another hotel through Expedia then the morning of her arrival they sent another email saying that they’re open . This is a way for them to scam you and take your money. In the meantime, they never refunded anything.     Absolutely terrible communication, was notified less than twenty four hours before our arrival that they had cancelled our booking, haven’t been refunded yet (£440 btw), hotel did not pick up when I phoned, despite phoning like twenty times.     A great hotel investing heavily

    What an adventure! Arrived to find there was a power failure, but rather than let it spoil the trip, the team escorted me to my room and made sure I was looked after. Armed with my phone light and a strategically placed glass to amplify it, I actually managed to create a surprisingly relaxing atmosphere!The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a fantastic night’s sleep. Woke up the next morning and… still no power! Oh well, another chapter in the London adventure. A nice hot shower was still possible thanks to some makeshift mood lighting and plenty of natural light through the room. Quite the experience!Do I let little obstacles like a power cut dim my fun? Not a chance. Life is all about making the most of situations, and that’s exactly what happened here.What stood out most was the investment being made and, more importantly, the warm, friendly and accommodating team. It was genuinely reassuring to see how well everyone handled a difficult situation and continued to look after guests with a smile.Let’s be honest, situations like this can become negative if you allow them to. Instead, I saw a team determined to make the best of it, and that deserves recognition.Well done, Central Park. I can’t wait to see the finished project.
